Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by ALTN Hosting. By ordering or using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your passwords secure.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal content or activity, spam or bulk unsolicited email, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, cryptocurrency mining, or anything that harms our network or other customers. We may suspend services that breach this policy.

3. Fair use of resources

“Unlimited” features are subject to fair use. Accounts must not consume resources in a way that degrades the service for others. Hosting is intended for websites and email, not file storage, backups of other systems or media streaming.

4. Billing and renewals

Services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Prices exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Services renew automatically unless cancelled; unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and later termination of the service.

5. Domains

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry (for example NIXI for .in, Verisign for .com) and ICANN where applicable. You are responsible for renewing your domains on time.

6. Backups

We take automated backups as a courtesy, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of your data.

7. Uptime and liability

We work to keep services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the previous three months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify customers of material changes by email or in the client area.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
