What is email spam filtering and how does it work?
A cloud spam filter receives your domain’s email first, checks every message for spam, viruses, phishing and malware, and only delivers clean email to your mailbox. We point your domain’s MX records to the SpamExperts filtering network, so no software is needed on your computers.
Does it work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zoho?
Yes. The spam filter sits in front of any mail server, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho, cPanel hosting and our own Business Email.
What is DMARC and why does my business need it?
DMARC is an email authentication standard that tells receiving servers what to do with emails that falsely claim to come from your domain. With SPF and DKIM, it stops spoofing and phishing in your company’s name. Google and Yahoo now require DMARC from bulk senders, and it also improves inbox delivery.
What is Premium DNS and is it better than free DNS?
Premium Anycast DNS by Sectigo answers DNS lookups from many locations worldwide, so your website and email resolve faster and stay reachable during outages or DDoS attacks. Free DNS works, but it has fewer locations and less protection against attacks.
Will I lose emails while switching to the spam filter?
No. We plan the MX change carefully, and if your mail server is ever offline, the filter queues incoming email and delivers it when the server is back.
Can I release an email that was wrongly marked as spam?
Yes. Quarantined messages can be reviewed and released from the spam filter panel or the spam report, and you can add trusted senders to an allow list.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. All prices exclude 18% GST and every invoice is GST-compliant for input tax credit.
