Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with our services. This policy explains when refunds are available.

30-day money-back guarantee on hosting

If you cancel a new shared, WordPress or email hosting plan within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund the hosting fee. The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, not renewals.

Non-refundable items

• Domain registrations, renewals and transfers — these are paid to the registry immediately.
• SSL certificates once issued.
• Microsoft 365 licences after the cancellation window allowed by Microsoft.
• Setup fees, migration services and other professional services already delivered.
• Services terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from the client area or email billing@altnhosting.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. GST is refunded or adjusted through a credit note as applicable.

Cancellations

You can cancel a service at any time from the client area. Cancelled services remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless you request immediate cancellation.
