Is your price really lower than Microsoft’s?
Yes. Every ALTN price is at or just below Microsoft’s own India list price for the same plan and term, and you also get full setup and 24×7 support included, plus a GST invoice in ₹ and UPI or bank payment.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
Yearly is paid upfront for 12 months and costs about 16% less. Under Microsoft’s terms, a yearly subscription can only be cancelled or reduced within 7 days of purchase or renewal, though you can add users at any time. Monthly has no long-term commitment: you can add or remove users and cancel at the end of any month.
What does “without Teams” mean?
Microsoft sells each Business plan in two versions. The “without Teams” version includes everything except Microsoft Teams and costs less, which suits teams that already use WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet. You can add a Teams licence later if needed.
How does the free trial work?
We set up a 1-month Microsoft 365 trial for up to 25 users on Business Basic, Standard or Premium. You don’t pay anything during the trial. Before it ends, we check in to convert it to a paid plan, keeping all your data.
Is migration really free?
Yes, with every yearly plan. We migrate email, contacts and calendars (and files where needed) from Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoho, GoDaddy, cPanel and most IMAP providers, and plan the cut-over to avoid lost mail. For monthly plans, migration can be quoted separately.
Can I mix plans for different users?
Yes. For example, Business Basic for staff who only need email and Business Standard for those who need desktop Office. Mention it in the form and we’ll quote the right mix.
Do you also manage an existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. We can move your existing subscriptions to ALTN and take over day-to-day administration, including users, licences and security settings, without changing your mailboxes.
